Grupo Aire has appointed Randa Lamallam as Chief Operating Officer to lead the development and growth of the brand, strengthening the management structure as part of the company’s transformation process.

Lamallam will oversee the Delivery and Support areas, aiming to continue Grupo Aire’s growth in the telecommunications sector, where it has established itself as a leader in both the national and international markets.

As a Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, Randa Lamallam brings a wealth of experience in the tech sector. Throughout her career, she has held various roles aligned with her passion for technology and innovation, including global support roles at companies such as Ericsson, where she worked in the automation of support for 4G and 5G networks for 10 years. This expertise is a valuable asset for driving Grupo Aire and its professionals forward as technological pioneers in Spain.

Among her goals are the implementation of management strategies to improve operational processes, the optimization of service delivery processes to ensure quality, and the management and enhancement of key technologies. She will also lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between departments, aligning operations with the group’s strategic objectives, and facilitating effective communication and cooperation between teams.
