Grupo Aire is pleased to announce the appointment of María Pérez Carrascosa as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Grupo Aire. With this addition, the group welcomes a seasoned professional with a strong financial background and extensive experience in leading companies in the industry to its leadership team.

María Pérez Carrascosa brings over two decades of experience spanning across various sectors, from consulting to investment banking and telecommunications. She has held significant roles in prestigious organizations. Recently, she served as the Director of Treasury and Corporate Finance at Avatel Telecom, demonstrating her leadership in treasury management and strategic financial matters.
Before her tenure at Avatel Telecom, Pérez Carrascosa held various key positions for ten years in the Syndicated Loans and Capital Markets division at Société Générale. Her experience also encompasses roles at Banco Santander, JP Morgan, and Accenture, where she contributed across various areas of strategic consulting, financial planning, asset structuring, and financing.
María Pérez Carrascosa brings an exceptional wealth of experience that will support Grupo Aire in decision-making for shareholders and its management team.
Her academic background is also notable. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.) from CUNEF and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the IESE Business School at the University of Navarra.
In her new role, Pérez will shape Grupo Aire’s financial strategy with the aim of expanding the brand’s business. María Pérez states:
