Grupo Aire strengthens its leadership position in the cloud market with the integration of Teradisk
This new addition represents an important step for us as it strengthens our leadership position in the cloud market and expands our service portfolio
The integration of Teradisk is part of our organic and inorganic growth strategy, where we aim to incorporate companies that allow us to enhance our position and create synergies in our solutions portfolio. In this case, Teradisk joins our team to reinforce our cloud and data center division, Oasix, bringing their extensive experience in comprehensive management of public, private, and hybrid cloud services. Additionally, it will complement our focus on cybersecurity with its specialized SOC and deep knowledge of cybersecurity management and administration, including the management of e-commerce systems of leading market solutions.
We are excited about this operation, which has been supported by Ardian Buyout, and marks the sixth addition to Grupo Aire in less than four years. Our growth has led us to expand our network of over 33,000 kilometers in the Iberian Peninsula, establish a presence throughout Europe, and increase our offering in the cloud sector of ICT, while continuing to fulfill our commitment to provide increasingly comprehensive and personalized technological solutions to our clients.
